* My items minus the $3.99 earrings are handmade and/or handconstructed. Please contact me if you have any questions about an item. I would rather talk to you and describe an item, than have you receive it and it is not what you expected***
Please note: in compliance with Federal, State and local health laws NO RETURNS/NO REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED on EARRINGS or anything worn on the HEAD OR EAR , (I know where the earrings have been while it has been in my possession). I have no way of knowing where it has been after leaving my possession and I could not guarantee its cleanliness to another customer).
If you receive a defective item, refunds will be given within 5 days delivery of an order.. Shipping and handling fees are not REFUNDED Upon receipt of the returned item then a refund will be given.
My shipping price covers postage and shipping materials and delivery confirmation on US orders. USPS is the carrier I use
Pickup is available however, when you place your order shipping is refunded upon pickup.
Please note: If your order is not picked up within a week of notification and completeness then your order will automatically be shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: I use delivery confirmation on all US packages. If it scans as delivered, I do not provide
refunds. Once it leaves my hands at the Post Office with the delivery confirmation label on it, I am not responsible for the item or items.
